Lend a Helping Hand
June 9, 2008
Chestnut Hill Village Apartments, an AIMCO community just outside of Philadelphia, understands the importance of getting residents involved in philanthropic activities. Events Coordinator Christine Gaddie reports on one of the recent successes, using the FILL A CART FOR A NEIGHBOR flyer.
“For our “Fill a Cart” donation drive, we used a shopping cart donated by a local supermarket. We promoted the event with the collateral from Beyond Wine & Cheese Marketing, and had a HUGE result. Our residents responded enthusiastically to fill the cart with non-perishable food items, which were then donated to the local food bank.”
AIMCO communities, including Chestnut Hill Village, know the importance of being a good neighbor by offering a helping hand to local communities. Christine goes on to say: “We absolutely love Beyond Wine & Cheese. It’s a very innovative marketing tool that is unlike anything else. The flyers are an excellent source of communication to our residents.”
