Here’s an example of outreach in action by an HSC Real Estate community in Kirkland, WA.

Corbella at Juanita Bay used the Pets Make Purrr-fect Neighbors postcards to invite residents with pets to enjoy a day at PupScrub, a neighborhood self-service doggie wash.

The apartment community and local business worked together to exchange hosting a renewal event as an introduction to potential new clients. The pups were the real winners though, with welcome treats, belly rubs and aromatherapy.
