It's Great that There's a Service Like this for Property Managers!

I use Beyond Wine and Cheese religiously. The service is great! As a Property Manager I’m always trying to get my hands on marketing tools that produce results. I especially like the great Resident Retention campaigns. They give me the ideas I need to keep prospects and residents engaged and happy with the community. I really appreciate sending my residents professional looking notices and flyers. It’s great that there is a service like this for Property Managers. I feel that it’s a necessary tool, and it keeps things fun and ever-changing On-Site.

Beyond Wine & Cheese Marketing is AMAZING!

I was just exploring the Beyond Wine & Cheese Marketing website and wanted to give my feedback. BWACM has been such a huge part of our great successes at Mallard Pointe. Our resident retention has increased greatly. We have been sending birthday cards, holiday cards and sending a monthly newsletter. We have noticed our NTV decrease tremendously! Our resident functions have tripled maybe even quadrupled!!! We will hit 95% by this weekend during these tough economic times. Much of our success is due to Beyond Wine and Cheese. There staff is extremely friendly, helpful and are quick to respond. They truly care about helping us make our properties successful. Thank you for all you do BWACM!!!
