Beyond Wine & Cheese Marketing Founder Joins Industry Board

The Washington State chapter of the National Apartment Association named Beyond Wine & Cheese Marketing founder Tracy Albright its Vice President of Vendor Services at a Sept. 10 general membership meeting in Redmond, Wash.

Tracy’s position is one of five officers of the Washington Multi-Family Housing Association, the formal name of the state’s NAA chapter. The WMFHA, headquartered in Kent, Wash., is a collection of property management companies and apartment communities—representing more than 74,000 apartment homes—and more than 100 suppliers, working together to promote and enrich the multi-family housing industry in Washington state.

The WMFHA offers nationally designated education courses, develops ongoing training programs on a variety of industry related topics, lobbies for positive legislation, and serves as a professional forum for members to ask questions and share innovative ideas.

“The WMFHA is a significant asset to its members,” Tracy said. “Members across the Puget Sound area not only benefit from networking opportunities, but also reap the rewards of collaborating with their peers in the multi-family housing industry.”

Beyond Wine & Cheese Marketing joined the WMFHA in 2004 and Tracy has served on its annual Educational Conference and Exposition committee. The organization was founded in 2003.
